Individual Eating Disorder Therapy
Using an eclectic approach to therapy that is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) and application-based body image work, I work with clients to gain valuable skills to better manage unwanted thoughts and distressing emotions that have led to unhealthy relationships with food, weight/body and exercise.

Individual, Couples & Family Therapy (Non-Specialty)
Using a combination of the most effective and practical treatment modalities, I work to support individuals, couples and families to address issues related to anxiety, depression, family and relational conflict, life transitions, self-esteem and social, emotional and/or academic stress.

Family Based Therapy
Using the leading approach for eating disorder treatment in children and adolescents, I work with you and your child to maintain or return to their physical health by reducing eating disorder behaviors and reinforcing parent support and empowerment—not only around food, but as co-regulators of your child emotional distress.

Christian Counseling
Using Christian principles alongside my clinical training and expertise, I work with individuals, couples and families to navigate their mental health concerns by realigning to Christian values, reconnecting with Biblical truths and reflecting on their relationship with God. Caregiver Support & Skill Building
Using the principles of Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), I work with caregivers to increase their sense of empowerment and self-efficacy in the midst of a mental health crisis for their loved one. Every caregiver deserves to “parent with confidence” again and the skills and coaching within EFFT will help you get there.
