Thank you for choosing Mind & Mend and for allowing me to support you in this journey toward better exploration, knowledge, and transformation of your mind. Whether you are seeking help to mend relationships in your life, your relationship with food or a relationship to painful emotions and experiences, I believe I can help. I look forward to working with you, your family and/or your child. I am so glad you’re here.

Your Therapist

Welcome to Mind & Mend, I am Patsy Carlson, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 10 years of experience in the treatment of eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns in the child and adolescent population. I also have expertise in the treatment of individuals, families and caregivers.

Therapy Services

Using some of the most effective and practical treatment modalities, along with my use of authentic empathy with directed action, I support individuals, families and caregivers struggling with a range of mental health concerns on their way to feeling seen, heard and understood in their pain.

Investment

I currently do not accept Insurance and facilitate care on a self-pay basis. Mind & Mend is able to provide clients with a Superbill to seek reimbursement for services, should they qualify.

Contact

I am currently providing services via a HIPPA compliant Teletherapy Platform called SimplePractice. As this is out of the “norm” for many, please contact me for a free 20-minute consultation call in which we can explore your needs, establish if my services are a good fit and more deeply prepare you for how sessions are held in this format.
