Using a combination of the most effective and practical treatment modalities, I work to support individuals, couples and families address issues related to anxiety, depression, family and relational conflict, life transitions, self-esteem and stress.
Through easy to implement skills and strategies, I will support you and/or your loved ones to navigate the relational patterns and behaviors that are interfering with your quality of life. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental and solution-focused with equal doses of empathy (for pain) along with expectations (of what comes next). My clinical approach holds high emphasis on the power of relationships: how purposeful you feel in these connections and how these align with the values you have for your life.
I will use a combination of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to help you explore your mind and mend your relationships, whether with yourself, with each other or with others.
